Description
WEST SIDE FEDERATION FOR SENIOR AND SUPPORTIVE HOUSING Social Worker II (Bilingual / Spanish) The Social Worker II works as part of the social service team. They report to the Clinical Coordinator, or Director of Clinical and Social Services, while working closely with their Building Manager. A Social Worker II is an exempt employee who is required to have a Masters' Degree. They are expected to be able to work autonomously while developing 1:1 relationships with the residents. This relationship will enable the Social Worker I to provide a comprehensive range of social work services to the residents and enable the residents to establish and maintain safe and independent lifestyles in the community. Responsibilities- MSW preferred, or MA in human services field with a minimum of two years social work experience
- Fluency in written and oral English required
- Experience with older adults and people with mental illness and/or substance use preferred
