Our client is seeking a PA Licensed School Social Worker - Philadelphia, PA.

CLIENT'S REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from a Council on Social Work Education (CSWE)-accredited program.
* LSW or LCSW through PA State Board, passing ASWB Master's (LSW) or Clinical (LCSW) exams.
* Coursework or specific training in school social work may be preferred.

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY:
* Assessment & Planning: Identify student needs; create and manage individualized support plans.
* Counseling: Offer one-on-one and group counseling for emotional and behavioral issues.
* Crisis Intervention: Provide immediate support during crises (e.g., mental health, bullying).
* Advocacy: Link students and families to resources; support rights and educational access.
* Collaboration: Coordinate with school staff and participate in IEP meetings for student support.
