- Psychiatric Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Description
We're looking for a Psychiatric Social Worker to join our team at a secure forensic state psychiatric hospital in Pueblo, Colorado. We’re hiring Licensed Social Workers at all levels (LCSW, LSW, MSW) for 24–36 week, full-time assignments. You’ll work in a Level 4 psychiatric facility providing critical care for patients experiencing suicidality, psychosis, and behavioral disturbances.
Responsibilities:
Conduct psychiatric assessments and develop treatment plans
Deliver therapy (individual, group, and family modalities)
Support stabilization, recovery, and safe discharge goals
Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff for holistic care
Document patient progress and participate in case conferences
Pay & Packages:
Local Social Worker (LSW/MSW): $2,000–$2,200/week ($50/hr)
Travel Social Worker (LSW/MSW): $2,200–$2,400/week ($30/hr + $1,000 weekly tax-free stipend)
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW): $2,520–$2,676/week (local or travel package)
Requirements:
Active Colorado license: LSW, MSW, or LCSW
Experience: 1–2 years psychiatric (state or hospital setting preferred)
Certifications: Current BLS required; MANDT training provided
Eligibility: No contractors who’ve worked at this facility in the last 6 months
Commitment:
Full-time, onsite in Pueblo, CO (relocation/commute required)
