SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
The School Social Worker provides critical support to students' social, emotional, and behavioral well-being within the educational setting. The Social Worker collaborates with educators, families, and support staff to address barriers to learning, provide counseling services, and connect students and families with community resources. This role ensures compliance with state and federal regulations while supporting student success.

CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
• Current Michigan Social Work license (LMSW or LLMSW)
• Required: Schoolbased Social Worker experience
• Must be able to work fully inperson
• Strong experience with IEPs, METs, and student evaluations/meetings
• Provide individual and group counseling services to students
• Conduct social/emotional assessments and support student evaluations
