Monday Friday, 8:00 am 5:00 pm. Other days and hours as needed.

The Bluegrass Care Clinic is seeking a Mental Health Therapist to oversee the mental health services available and provide direct patient care to patients living with HIV/AIDS. This clinical position will provide individual and/or group therapy daily and carry a full case load of patients.

Additional duties coordination and development of ongoing psychosocial support groups, serving as a liaison with other mental health providers in the community to manage potential collaborations, and timely preparation of chart notes and submission of billing through the electronic medical record.

Internal Employee Being Considered (IEBC)

Excellent listening and communication skills. Knowledge of motivational interviewing and substance abuse counseling. Experience with brief interventions and long term therapeutic mental health care.

More than three years of experience preferred.
