Requirements

Minimum Requirements

• Education - Master's degree in Social Work.
  Experience - Three (3) years of Social Work experience required; Oncology experience preferred. Experience with community partner collaborations and program creation and implementation preferred.
   

Required Certifications, Registrations, Licenses

• OSW-C (Oncology Social Worker) preferred.
  Currently licensed as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) by the State Board of Social Work Examiners.
