Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Adolescent Medicine Hackensack Meridian Health | Hackensack, NJ

We’re seeking a New Jersey Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to work full-time, Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m. who will provide behavioral health assessment, therapy and psychosocial support for adolescents and their families as part of a multidisciplinary clinical team. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on young patients navigating complex behavioral health and medical needs.
In this role, you’ll conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments, develop and evaluate individualized treatment plans, provide individual and group therapy, support patients and families through care transitions and collaborate closely with medical and behavioral health colleagues.
To be considered, we require:
- Master’s degree in social work (MSW)
- Current New Jersey LCSW license
- Experience working with eating disorders is strongly preferred
- At least two (2) years of post-licensure experience
- Strong assessment, treatment planning and crisis intervention skills
- A collaborative, patient- and family-centered approach
- Eating disorder experience strongly preferred
Schedule: We offer an excellent salary starting at $91,104 annually, with comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, paid leave, tuition reimbursement and retirement benefits.
