Description
Aspire Psychological Group is hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) specializing in evidence-based child and teen therapy to join our team in Upper Saddle River, NJ.
We are a private-pay practice focused on evidence-based care for anxiety, OCD, school refusal, and behavioral concerns. Our team works with the child's whole world: parents, schools, community and faith leaders, and the child. This role is for a clinician who wants to do focused clinical work without the constraints of an insurance-driven model.
What you’ll do
- Provide individual therapy for children and teens with anxiety, OCD, school refusal, and behavioral concerns, plus parent support
- Use evidence-based approaches, including CBT and ERP
- Coordinate with schools and pediatricians, with parent consent
The details
- $90 to $125 per session
- W2 position, starting part-time and growing to full-time as your caseload builds
- Primarily in person at our Upper Saddle River office, two early evenings a week (until 7 PM), no weekends
- Monthly health insurance stipend, annual continuing education allowance, and paid time off
- Office staff handle scheduling and intake paperwork, so you can focus on clinical care
What we’re looking for
- Active New Jersey LCSW license (New York license a plus)
